Transportation risks of “Favoryt-Trans” enterprise are insured by “Credo-Classic” insurance company.

Within the framework of Convention CMR of 1956 and Convention Protocol of 1978, cargos’ carrier is responsible for safety of trusted goods since the moment of taking over the consignment till handing it over to consignee.

With the view of protection guarantee of property interests of our clients, “Favoryt-Trans” enterprise has insured a complex of risks that are concerned with trucking.

The complex of risks:

• Liability of physical loss or load’s damage, accepted to transportation (CMR insurance). The limit on risk liability “Cargo liability” makes up $450,000.
• Liability of violation of contract obligations, of out-of-sequence cargo delivery or cargo delivery in violation of client’s instructions about delivery delay. The limit on risk liability “Violation of contract obligation liability” makes up $100,000.
• Liability insurance before the third party.
• In the case of property, life or health damage, which are not related to goods’ transportation, during the goods’ transportation of our Client. The limit on risk liability “Noncontractual liability before the third party” makes up $50,000.
• All “Favoryt-Trans” drivers have insurance against transport accidents or diseases, which require urgent medical intervention during trip journey (medical insurance).
• The Insurer’s overall responsibility on all requirements by one insurance case is limited by $500,000. According to the Contract the insurance is limited by $600,000.
• Cargo insurance. In the case of necessity we will always be able to insure the cargo of out client.
